You can expect a refund within 5-8 business days of our receiving your returned product. Effective January 1, 2021, a 20% restocking fee will be applied on all returned items due to buyer’s remorse. If the return is a result of a defective, manufacturer error, or a shipping error on our part you will not be charged a restocking fee, and your shipping charge on the order if applicable will be refunded.
